How Truemed Handles Your SKUs

Before activation, Truemed collects your product catalog (SKUs) so we can categorize your items ahead of time and ensure a smooth launch.

Viewing Your SKUs’ Eligibility Statuses

You can use the “Products” tab on your Truemed Partner Dashboard to view all of the products we are aware of and their eligibility statuses.

Updating Your Catalog Over Time

If you add new products after launch, there are two ways Truemed will handle them:

  1. Upload SKUs in advance via your Truemed Partner Dashboard (recommended).
  2. Automatic fallback: if an unrecognized SKU appears in a customer’s checkout, Truemed will automatically ingest and categorize the new item behind the scenes.
